Shipping policy

Delivery Info:

We partner with a number of different delivery companies, such as DPD, FedEx and the Pallet Network, depending on the type of product and which warehouse holds the stock. All our delivery partners operate 9am - 5pm on Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. It is sometimes possible to arrange delivery outside of these times, and if this is important to you, please contact us on 01934 311800 before placing your order so we can advise of costs and confirm availability. All delivery methods are subject to 2pm cut-off.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery (1 - 5 working days) to mainland United Kingdom is free of charge for order over £150 ex VAT. For orders under £150 ex VAT the cost is £10.40 ex VAT. 

Express delivery (Normally delivered within 2 working days, subject to a 2pm cut-off, but some large items may be longer: please call if in doubt). The cost is £14.99 (ex-VAT). This fee is automatically added when you select the Express Delivery option on the checkout page.

Pallet and bulky deliveries -

Please get in touch to discuss this, as we'll have to arrange and state delivery costs on a quote by quote basis.
